1 Head OF cabbage 4 green apples grated 1 red pepper 1 stalk celery 1 red onion 1/2 carrot 2 c. Mayonnaise 1/4 c. sugar Splash of red wine vinegar Splash of Tabasco 1/2 lemon squeezed (lemon juice) Salt and Pepper to taste
Cut all vegies how you would like them to be the smaller the better. Combine all vegies in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl combine mayo, sugar, red wine, tabasco and lemon, mix and add to vegies. Salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly.
