1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
