60 Ritz crackers, rolled and crushed
1 stick unsalted butter, melted

3/4 cup sugar
1 (8-ounce) Cool Whip, thawed
1 (8-ounce) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can Eagle Brand Milk

Directions:

Crust:
Mix crushed crackers and butter together. Spread 1/2 cracker mixture into a 13-inch by 9-inch dish. Chill. Reserve remaining cracker mixture.

In a large bowl, add all ingredients together and blend well. Spread mixture over chilled cracker crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top. Chill well before serving.
