2 cans apple pie filling
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp lemon zest (or 1/2 tsp. lemon juice)
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. In skillet on low heat, empty apply pie filling, butter, and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Heat until warm before pouring into 13x9x2-inch sheath cake pan that has been sprayed with butter spray.
3. Whisk eggs, milk, sour cream, lemon and flour together . Pour over apple mixture in pan. Put pan on cookie sheet before baking.
4. Bake 30-40 minutes until puffy and brown.
5. May serve with syrup, but it is wonderful by itself.

If you make only 1/2 the recipe, still make all of the topping. Pour into 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
