1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. of taco seasoning
1 pkg. crumbled taco shells
1 small onion
1 can rotel
2 c. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat and the chopped onion in a pan. Add pkg. of seasoning according to directions on pkg. Add meat and rotel together. Line a baking dish with 1/2 crumbled taco shells. Place 1/2 meat mixture on top and follow with 1 c. of cheese. Follow again with remaining ingredients ending with cheese. Cook for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
