1/2 - 1 can rotel
21/2 c. cooked chicken shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts(optional)
2 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. white wine

2 sleeves of Ritz crackers( crumbled)
2 sticks melted butter
3 T. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º. MIx rotel, cooked chicken,cream of chicken soup, sour cream, water chestnuts, broccoli, and white wine in a mixing bowl. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. In a microwave safe bowl melt butter. Add the crumbled Ritz and poppy seeds and mix together. Put Ritz mixture on top of chicken mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
