1 lb. ground beef
3 1/2 c. of spaghetti sauce (Prego traditional sauce)
1 1/2 c. water
3 c. mozzarella
1 1/2 c. Parmesan
2 eggs
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. ricotta cheese (buy the 15 oz. container...near the sour cream)
8 ounces of lasagna

Cook and drain beef. Add sauce and water to drained beef, simmer 10 minutes. Combine all cheeses, pepper, salt, eggs and parsley in separate glass bowl...stir with spoon...this is now your cheese mix.

In a Pyrex 3 qt. glass pan (repeating the steps), pour 1 c. of sauce, lay 3 strips of uncooked lasagna, pour 1 1/2 c. of sauce, spread of lay 1/2 of cheese, lay 3 strips of lasagna, 1 1/2 c. of sauce, 1/2 cheese (remainder), lay 3 strips of lasagna and 1 c. of sauce (remainder).

Bake at 350º covered for 55 minutes, bake uncovered for 10 and let sit for 10 minutes. Yummy!

This is such a quick and easy way to make lasagna. It is really good and makes for good left-overs.
