1/3 cup orange juice
3 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Torn mixed salad greens
1 tbsp. finely chopped raisins, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine orange juice, vinegar, honey, water, lemon juice, orange peel, and raisins, shake well. Serve over salad greens.
