10 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup butter at room temperature
10 maraschino cherries
10-count (12 oz.) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease 10 cups of a muffin tin.
2. Strain crushed pineapple; save juice for later.
3. Combine pineapple, sugar and butter and mix well. Divide the pineapple mixture among the muffin cups.
4. Place a cherry in the center of each muffin cup making sure cherry hits bottom of cup.
5. Place 1 biscuit in each cup on top of sugar and pineapple mixture. Spoon 1 tsp. reserved pineapple juice over each biscuit.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden at 350º.
7. Cool for 2 minutes. Invert the pan over a plate to release the biscuits. Serve warm.
