2 C sugar
1/2 C cocoa
1/2 C milk
3/4 C butter or marg
5 Cups quick oats
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Cook over med heat stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Remove from heat. Add oats and vanilla. Drop by rounded tsps onto waxed paper. Cool completely.
