1 C marg or butter softened
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
1 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 C quick oats (uncooked)
1 C nuts chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugars until smooth.Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine and blend thoroughly flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Beat into creamed mixture. Stir in oats and nuts. Drop by rounded tsp onto greased baking sheets. Bake 12-14 minutes.
