1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
3 beaten egg yolks
2 cups milk
3/4 stick butter
1 Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust, baked
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, and cocoa together in pan. Mix beaten egg yolks together with milk. Pour into dry mixture. Cut butter into pats and add to mixture. Cook on medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Pour into baked deep dish pie crust.

This recipe was given to me by Pat Bradley in 2004 one night while we were working. She always made the best pies and if you follow this recipe exactly, yours will be the best also.
