2 tbsp. italian dressing
2 cans chicken broth
6 frozen small boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups water

Topping:
4 cups tortilla chips, coarsely crushed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing and garlic in large saucepan, cook 1 minute. Gradually add broth and water, stirring until blended. Add chicken, bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low simmer 20 minutes. Remove chicken from broth mixture, cool slightly. Pour broth through a strainer, return broth to pan. Spread chicken out on cutting board, chop, return to pan. Stir in tomato sauce. Cook until heated. Ladle soup into bowls. Garnish with toppings.
