1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut
1 pkg. stove top stuffing mix for chicken
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on pkg., set aside. Mix chicken (cut into 1-inch pieces), soup, sour cream, and vegetables in a 13x9'' baking dish. Top with stuffing. Bake 30 minutes.
