8 slices seven-grain bread
1/4 cup cheddar cheese spread
8 slices canned pineapple, drained
8 oz. sliced ham
Leaf lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 4 of the slices of bread with 1 tbsp. each of cheese spread. Over the cheese, layer 2 oz. of ham, 2 slices pineapple, and some lettuce leaves. Top with other slice of bread. Cut in half.
