1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. rum extract
1 pkg. ladyfingers
2 tsp. baking cocoa
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cold prepared espresso

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in large bowl. Beat in rum, set aside. Beat whipping cream in small bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese. Split ladyfingers horizontally in half. Arrange, cut sides up, on bottom of ungreased square pan. Drizzle 1/4 cup espresso over ladyfingers. Spread half of the cream cheese over ladyfingers. Arrange remaining ladyfingers, on cream cheese. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup espresso. Spread with remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle cocoa over top. Cover and refrigerate about 4hrs.
