2 cans blackeyed peas, drained
2 cans black beans, drained
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans Rotel tomatoes, drained
1-2 large green bell pepper, diced
1 large purple onion, diced
4-5 large Jalapeņo peppers, seeded and diced
2 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 tsp. black pepper
1 cup Zesty Italian Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse blackeyed peas and black beans, drain well. Then drain corn and tomatoes. Add all other prepared ingredients, toss gently; marinate and chill for 6-8 hours.

Serve with Tortilla Chips.
