1 c. butter
1 tsp. almond extract
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour

Directions:

Cream butter, egg yolks, sugar and extracts til light and fluffy. Add flour, mix well. Roll in balls and flatten with glass dipped in sugar (nice and thin). Bake @400º for 10 minutes.

This is a very light and crumbly buttery cookie with a light almond flavor, bake til brown around the edges as they are more flavorful the darker they are (on the light side of burned, however).
