3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can (soup can) milk
1 pkg. frozen vegetables
1 sm. can diced pimentos
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
While the chicken is cooking, melt butter and toss with stuffing mix. Place 1/2 in the bottom of an oven safe casserole dish. Cut chicken in small pieces, adding 2 cans of soup and 1 can of milk. Add vegetables, pimentos and seasonings. Pour over stuffing mixture and then use the remaining to top the casserole.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
