6 chicken breasts
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. instant rice, uncooked
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place margarine in a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Place in preheated 350 oven until butter is melted. Remove dish from oven and layer rice, onion, and chicken breasts. Pour broth over all and cover with aluminum foil. Return to oven and bake for about one hour.
