Salt and Pepper
50/50 mixture of all-purpose flour and Parmesan Cheese

Salt and Pepper Steaks, roll in flour/cheese mixture. Fry in olive oil over medium heat. Brown meat well, but don't over cook. Use some of the flour mixture to make gravy.
