4 tilapia fillets
1 T. olive oil
1/4 tsp. coarse salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram

For Topping:
2 T. fresh lime juice
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 Haas avocado, peeled and diced
1 T. olive oil
1/4 tsp. coarse salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, salt, pepper, garlic, basil and marjoram. Mix well and rub on both sides of fish. Place on a baking sheet covered with nonstick aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 350 oven for ten minutes. Make topping by mixing lime juice, tomato, avocado, remaining oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Serve over cooked fish.
