Ingredients:  
3/4 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 large banana or 1 1/2 small bananas
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour,milk,egg and salt with a fork until well blended.Cut bananas into small thin pieces.Fold into batter.Heat oil in skillet until hot enough for fritters to float.Drop by tablespoonfuls into oil.When golden in color turn with slotted spatula and brown on other side.Drain on paper towels or brown bag.Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
