1/2 head lettuce
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 pkg frozen green peas, thawed and drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg cheddar cheese, grated
7 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
2 carrots grated
2 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuce into pieces and layer in bottom of bowl. Layer remaining ingredients in order. Combine mayonnaise and sugar; spread over top of salad.

I sometimes use ham and boiled eggs. Depending on size of salad made, you may need to increase dressing size to cover all of salad.
