1 head napa cabbage/lettuce
(can use regular cabbage)
1/4 c sliced almonds, toasted
1/4 c sesame seeds, toasted
1 pkg ramen noodles, crushed
optional: green onions

Dressing: 1/3 c sugar
1/2 c rice wine vinegar
1/3 c peanut or canola oil
1Tabl sesame oil
1/4 cup soy or tamari sauce
1 tsp grated ginger

Chop cabbage into bite size pieces. Add nuts and seeds and mix. Add noodles and dressing right before serving.

The dressing can be made in advance and kept in the refrigerator.
