2 pkgs. pizza crust mix-kind you add water to
Provolone cheese, sliced
Pizza Sauce
Black pepper
Italian seasonings
Toppings of choice
Cheese-mozzarella and cheddar, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to 400º. Grease a cookie sheet with evoo(extra virgin olive oil). Make crust and let rise.
Pat out crust on cookie sheet, poke holes in crust(all over) with fork and top with sauce. Place sliced Provolone cheese on top. Add toppings and rest of cheeses. Sprinkle top with pepper and seasonings. Cook on grill rack with lid down for 12-20 minutes depending on how fast your grill cooks.

TIP: Precook toppings that hold liquids such as mushrooms, sausage, ground beef or peppers and drain so crust isn't soggy.
