1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin,
salt and pepper,
2-3 tablespoons chili pepper,
1 onion,
Whole wheat macaroni,
1/2 cup ketchup,
1/4 cup mustard,
1 cup beef stock (or broth)
Sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground sirloin, salt and pepper, add chili powder. Stir well. Add chopped onion and continue cooking until onions are a little softer. Add 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup mustard and 1 cup beef stock (or beef broth). Stir.

Cook macaroni as directed. Drain. Add meat mixture. Transfer to casserole dish and top with sharp cheddar cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly and brown. Serve.
