8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls
1/2 lb. pork sausage
2 TB. minced chives

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll dough and press seams together. Roll into a 14 X 10 in. rectangle. Spread with sausage, to 1/2 in. from the edge. Sprinkle with chives. Roll up and cut into 12. Place 1 inch apart on a baking sheet (one with sides) Bake @ 375 for 12-16 min.

Serve at a brunch with friends or family. We also like these for dinner with eggs. I usually cook the sausage first, it is less greasy that way.
