29 oz. can sweet potatoes
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. pecans, chopped, opt.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice sweet potatoes into 1/2in. slices and spread in greased 7X11 in. pan. Cut marg.. into flour and brown sugar, like making a pie crust. Add pepper, milk and pecans. Spread over potato slices. Broil till bubbly and caramelized, about 7 min.

I like to make my dinners early in the day, when it is less crazy in my crazy house. So I made this early in the day, then baked it @ 350 for 45 min. then broiled a couple min. I also used real sweet potatoes(4 or 5), I boiled them and then peeled and sliced them.
