3/4c. flour
3 eggs, divided
3/4 c. baking cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick of butter, cut up
3/4 c. white chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. carmel ice cream topping
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Directions:

Combine flour, cocoa, and salt, set aside. Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add 2 eggs, 1 @ a time, then add vanilla. Gradually add the flour mixture. Pour all, but 3/4c., into a greased 8X8 in. pan. Top with the white chocolate chips, pecans, and caramel sauce. Add 1 egg to remaining batter and beat till lighter brown in color, then add chocolate chips. Pour over top. Bake @ 350º for 35-40 min. Till middle is set.

Enjoy these warm with ice cream!! I used walnuts instead of pecans, and it was good. I also did not have the patience to wait for the batter to turn light brown in color, so I beat it for 2-3 min., it did get a little fluffier, so I think that's what you should look for.
