1 c. Butter
1 1/2 c. Confectionery Sugar
1 Egg (beaten)
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 c. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°.
Cream together butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla.
Add flour and salt.
Mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
