1 7 oz. box uncooked macaroni (2 1/4 c.)
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. grated cheese
2 c. cooked diced chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. This will be very soupy. Pour in casserole dish. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until bubbly and lightly browned.

You can also freeze this casserole unbaked. Thaw before baking. Might need to add a little baking time.
