1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 T. olive oil
1 Medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 (6 1/2 oz ) jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped, marinade reserved.
1/4 C. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
8 oz. Angel hair pasta cooked and drained.
1/4 C. cooking water reserved
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook, then drain (reserving 1/4 C. cooking water) the pasta and set it aside.
2. Cook and stir garlic in olive oil in a large skillet.
3. Add red pepper and cook 2 min. Add artichokes w/ marinade and mustard.
4. Add cooked pasta, toss, adding some reserved cooking water as needed. Serve with Grated Parm. Cheese as desired.
