1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1 cup uncooked white rice
ground black pepper to taste
4 - 6 pork chops
oil
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dip pork chops in flour. In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil. Place in a greased casserole dish. Preheat oven to 325º. In a large bowl combine the mushroom soup, celery soup, milk, rice, and black pepper. Mix all together. Pour mixture over the pork chops. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chops are cooked through and no longer pink inside.
