3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup sugar
2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 lemon
1 can evaporated milk chilled
1 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together & pat in to bottom of 9 X 13 pan.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and juice of one lemon. Set aside.
In large bowl, beat evaporated milk until stiff.
Dissolve jello in water. Let cool
Fold all mixtures gently together and pour into graham cracker crust. Let set in refrigerator until firm.
