3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter melted
1/3 cup milk
Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter melted
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 3-4 large sweet potatoes ahead of time, even the day before. Wash, poke with fork, wrap in foil, place on baking sheet, bake at 375 1 hour, peel, mash and measure.
Mix sweet potatoes with other ingredients. Place in greased 9x9 square pan. Cover with topping mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes uncovered.
