1 lb very lean ground beef
12 dry lasagna noodles
3 c spaghetti sauce - divided
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz shredded Colby jack cheese
24 oz small curd cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9 x 13" pan with Pam©. Pour 1 cup of sauce into pan. Place 4 noodles over sauce.Brown ground beef with garlic salt. Drain off any grease. Add remaining sauce to meat. Add a layer of meat sauce on top of noodles, sprinkle with 1/3 of the cottage cheese, then 1/3 of the shredded cheeses. Repeat layers 2 more times. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. ( Remove from fridge 1/2 hour before baking ) bake 1 hour at 350º. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
