1 1/2 cup squash ( cooked & mashed)
1 egg
1 cup cornbread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp chopped onion
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine squash, cornbread crumbs, and onions.
beat eggs and add to squash. Add melted butter.
Shape squash mixture into patties and roll in bread
crumbs or drop by spoonful in bread crumbs. Fry
in hot oil until brown on all sides. Drain
