Ingredients:  
1 lb bulk bratwurst
2 cups sauerkraut, drained
1 green pepper, sliced
1 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Remove from pan. Brown bratwurst. Put all ingredients together and heat. Mixture is better the longer it sets. Serve in pita pockets.

Best served with sauce of 1 cup sour cream and 2 Tbsp prepared mustard.
