3 C. Self Rising Flour ¼ C sugar (less if you want) 1 Beer (warm) 1 Stick real unsalted butter
Mix the 1st three ingredients well, the mixture will be thick. Pour into Pam sprayed loaf pan. Melt the stick of butter and pour on top of mixture. It will look like a lot of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for app 50 minutes. It will be golden brown on top.
