2 c. mashed sweet potatoes(41 oz. can)
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Topping:
3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix sweet potatoes with mixer and mix in rest of ingredients except topping. Spoon into pan. Make topping and sprinkle on top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
