1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste
1 3/4 c. seedless red grapes, halved
1 3/4 c. Granny Smith apple, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. fresh pecans, toasted, chopped

Whisk sour cream, brown sugar, lemon juice, and seasonings together in large bowl. Add grapes, apple and celery, and toss to coat; chill until ready to serve. Stir in pecans just before serving to prevent them from becoming soggy.

Total time: 10 minutes
Makes 4 1/2 cups
