1 c. scalded milk
1 c. boiling water
2 T. fat (level)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1 yeast in 1/4 c. warm water (I use fleshmans quick acting)

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 5 ingrediants on list in a dish and cool till just warm, then add a little flour and then the yeast and rest of flour, it may take a little more flour. Use your judgements.
