2 packages dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2-5 c. flour, divided
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
2 c. wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl; dissolve yeast in water. Let stand 5 minutes. Blend in sugar, salt and 3 cups of white flour at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Beat in egg and oil. By hand gradually stir in whole wheat flour and enough white flour to make soft dough. Knead on floured board 6-8 minutes. Place in greased bowl, cover, let rise till double (or refrigerate if using another day). Punch down dough. Grease hands, make dough into balls. Place in greased pan. Let rise 2 hours. Bake at 375º F. for 10-12 minutes.
