1 c. corn meal
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Beat eggs and milk together. Mix dry ingredients with milk mixture. Add oil. Pour in greased 10" skillet. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Test with toothpick to see if done.
