3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup chipotle picante sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 1 /2 cups brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy 5 quart saucepan, reduce orange juice to 1/4 cup
Add remaining ingredients and cook over med high until sugar has melted and sauce coats the back of a spoon (20-30 min)
Stir often and be sure to use a large pot as glaze will overboil
Yield: 2 cups glaze
