4 to 6 slabs baby back ribs, 10 to 12 ribs per slab Chinese five spice powder Kosher salt Coarse black pepper Orange-Chipotle Glaze
Preheat gas grill or charcoal to med high Preheat oven 350º Season ribs liberally on both sides with spices Place on grill and cook 5 minutes per side Remove and cool slightly Wrap tightly in foil, place on a baking sheet; bake 1 1/2 hours Remove from oven and allow to cool while still wrapped Serve with Orange-Chipotle Glaze (sauce section)
