8 c. torn mixed greens
1 med. apple, chopped
1 med. pear, chopped
1/4 c. dried cranberries
1 c. toasted pecans or sliced almonds
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese


DRESSING:

2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. chopped green onions
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid, shake well. Place salad ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle with dressing. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
