2 squares chocolate
1/4 lb. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 . matzo cake meal
1 tsp. instant coffee
Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together chocolate and margarine and let cool. Blend well the eggs, sugar, and salt and add to first mixture. Blend together cake meal and instant coffee and add to chocolate mixture. Add nuts, if desired. Bake in 9" greased pan at 325 F. for 20 minutes or until done.
