1 lb. polish sausage, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 c. diced potatoes (or frozen hash browns)
2 c. water
1 can chicken broth
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1 can corn (or 1 1/2 c. frozen corn)
1 can creamed corn
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, celery and onion. Add potatoes, water, broth and herbs. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add both types of corn and milk. Heat through and serve.
